Unlike others, we include all local taxes in our displayed rates and never use misleading tactics like showing child prices up front.

If you find the same tour or activity, operated by the same provider and priced in the same currency, at a lower rate within 48 hours of booking, just show us the details. We’ll refund you the difference without any hassle.

If you’re already at your destination and find the same tour, offered by our contracted operator, at a lower price and under the same conditions, let us know and we’ll reimburse you the difference.

To claim your refund, keep a copy, screenshot, or printout of the lower-priced offer. Our support team may ask for this proof when reviewing your request.

This guarantee applies to qualifying purchases made directly through our website. It covers only public retail and prepaid rates and excludes special deals linked to membership programs, corporate discounts, coupons, reward schemes, or flash sales.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during booking. Please note that we allow one Best Price Guarantee refund per tour or activity. BEST Services Gran Canaria Excursion Center reserves the right to verify all requests and make the final decision regarding approval.
