We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. At BEST Services Gran Canaria Excursion Center, our goal is to make your booking experience worry-free and transparent. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making your reservation.

General Conditions

BEST Services Gran Canaria Excursion Center acts as an excursion agency and not as a direct excursion operator. Unless clearly stated otherwise, our refund and cancellation terms apply only to the deposit paid at the time of booking, not to the full cost of the activity. The remaining balance is subject to the policies of the respective activity operator, which are noted in the “Operator” section of your booking ticket.

Only information obtained through our official channels—such as our WhatsApp contact, website chat, or direct communication with our support team—will be considered valid. Any other source of information will not be recognized as reliable.

For all questions regarding cancellations or deposit refunds, the only official point of contact is our support team.

Cancellation by the Customer

If you need to cancel your reservation, we encourage you to notify us as early as possible. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and simple. If you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled excursion, your deposit will be fully refunded. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Please note that some specific activities may follow slightly different cancellation rules. In such cases, the details will be clearly outlined on the corresponding booking page. Additionally, cancellations involving three or more Jet Skis, Buggies, or Quad Bikes are not eligible for refunds.

Bookings for Four or More Participants

If your booking includes four or more people, a special cancellation policy applies due to the increased impact on operational planning. To receive a full refund of the deposit, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled activity. Any cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund. This special rule overrides the standard 24-hour policy and is automatically applied to all qualifying group bookings.

Private Yachts, Sailing Boats, and Fully Prepaid Activities

For private yacht charters, sailing boat rentals, or any other activities that require full prepayment, the refund terms are stricter. The 30% deposit paid upon booking is non-refundable under any circumstances. The remainder of the balance is handled according to the policy of the operator, as stated in the booking ticket under the “Operator” section.

Cancellation by the Agency

In rare cases where BEST Services Gran Canaria Excursion Center must cancel an excursion, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be given the option to either select an alternative activity or receive a full refund of your deposit. Please note that we are not responsible for any extra costs you may have incurred such as accommodation or transportation.

Changes to the Itinerary

While we aim to stick to the itinerary as published, unexpected events or external factors may occasionally require changes. In such cases, we will do our best to offer a comparable alternative. If the changes significantly affect your experience, we may offer a partial refund.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Excursions may be cancelled due to poor or unsafe weather conditions. If this occurs, you will have the option to reschedule your activity or receive a full refund of the deposit.

Refund Processing

All refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used during the original booking. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

By booking any excursion, tour, or activity with BEST Services Gran Canaria Excursion Center, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this cancellation and refund policy.
